Baggy Disappointment

I loved the look of this dress but found it to be rather shapeless and a bit 'baggy'. Having said this the quality is excellent and I think had it not had a mark on the front I would probably have kept it.

Good quality, good price, generous sizing

Grabbed a pair of these in khaki some weeks back and put them on for the first time today. These are not top quality cargo's and don't have the extra pockets/zips etc on the legs you get with some expensive versions but they are an excellent pair of trousers for throwing on when you just want to feel comfortable. A really good alternative to jeans now the weather is warmer and very reasonably priced. Had I taken the trouble to try them on in store I would probably gone down to a 12 as they are extremely generously sized although there is a tie to pull them in at the waist.

Ok for tiny waists

I usually wear M&S silky 40 denier opaques which I love but thought I would try these slightly lighter weight ones and they really are great for the warmer Spring weather. My only gripe is that like so many tights these have a very tight waistband. I bought extra large; I'm standard size 14 'bottoms' and 5'7" and whilst they are reasonably comfortable I think they would be better with a rather more generous waistband.

I adore this dress. The picture does not do it justice and it really isn't a 'hanger' dress; it just looks so much better on. My order arrived and the instant I tried this dress on I new it was for me. It makes me feel younger without being 'mutton dressed as lamb' Seriously though. It is smart but casual, comfortable and versatile being suitable for work, holidays, shopping, days out or it could even be dressed up for a special occasion. Unlike some reviewers I really like the pockets. I ordered in two sizes to try and found my usual size to be perfect.

Sunshine Top .... but smelly

Very pretty and useful top which looked as lovely when tried on as it does on-line. It is rather transparent but the generous fit and textured material compensate for this quite nicely. I did find however that when I opened it it smelled pretty disgusting and I think this may be due to the packaging as I purchased a jumper from M & S some months ago which I returned for the same reason so I am going to try washing it to see if I can get rid of the smell; if not of course I am afraid it will have to be returned.

Fabulous skirt

This is a truly fabulous skirt. The fit is perfect; it hangs beautifully, a very reasonable price and is an all round winner. This is the kind of skirt that could be worn by a whole spectrum of ages and sizes. For me it will be good for work but will be equally useful for week-ends and holidays. I personally don't think it needs the belt but this could perhaps be worn draped under the collar of a blouse or in fact as trimming on a wide brimmed hat for a summer wedding. If I had one gripe it would be that it's not lined; I would personally pay a little extra for a lining.

Thought this basic top could be quite useful but really not one for me. Very frumpy and rather on the small side. Material is good quality but with little pearls sewn into the embroidery it would probably better suit my mother

Chose this t-shirt because I wanted a khaki top to go with a particular skirt and I would certainly like one in another colour because it is such a brilliant bargain at just £9.50. The fit and quality is extremely good and the button detail at the neckline makes a pleasant change and is slightly smarter than a standard t-shirt.

Would not usually choose white but really liked the look of this top and at an excellent price I thought I would order just to try. It really is a winner. So comfortable. Although it's stretchy the material doesn't cling and the fit is excellent. Would love to see this top in other colours. Hope you re-stock soon

Surprising support

Really liked the idea of a top with integral support for holidays and lazy summer days in the garden but being the wrong side of 55 with things starting to head South and a 34 DD I wasn't hopeful that this top would be any good for me. Wrong; it's brilliant. Obviously not as much support as an underwired bra but nevertheless enough to ensure my bust is supported, comfortable and where it should be! I ordered in my normal teeshirt size. Only complaint is the lack of choice. More colours please M&S.
